Cara Membuat Pastri Puff :
  1.  Gaulkan tepung gandum dan mentega sehingga sebati.
  2.  Masukkan air sejuk perlahan-lahan sehingga menjadi adunan yang lembut dan sebati.
  3.  Uli doh secara membulat kemudian gelekkan menjadi sama rata.
  4.  Simpan didalam peti sejuk selama 15 minit.
  5.  Keluarkan doh dan potong menggunakan acuan hingga muat untuk acuan tart.
  6.  Sapu acuan tart dengan sedikit marjerin sebelum memasukkan doh.
Cara Membuat Inti :
  1.   Campurkan kesemua bahan inti pukul sehingga gula larut.
  2.   Tuangkan inti ke dalam doh puff yang telah disusun dalam acuan dulang pembakar tart sehingga penuh.
  3.   Bakar selama 25 minit dengan suhu 180C.
