Business to Consumer (B2C) refers to a communication with or selling to a consumer rather than a company. Here is three Business to Consumer (B2C) business model. First is transaction broker where is the processes online transactions for consumers suchas stock broker or travel agent that increase customer's productivity by helping them do things faster. Furthermore, they sell other product rather than their own product. They recieve commision for every transaction they have been succesfully made. The example of trasaction broker is Monster.com or E-Trade.com. Second is market creator. Market creator is a web-based business that use technology to create markets that bring seller and buyers together. It also typically uses a transaction fee revenue  model. The example of market creator is eBay.com and Mudah.my. Third is community provider. Community provider is a sites that create a digital environment to people where people with similar interest to communicate and trasact. Community use electronic toolssuch as forums or chats room. For example is Freindster.com and Facebook.
